Once permits are approved, civil works and finishing usually take a further 5 to 9 weeks depending on pool size and complexity. We provide a week-by-week programme at the point of contract.
Yes. Dubai Municipality requires a building permit for any new swimming pool on a private property. For pools in master-developed communities (Emaar, Nakheel, Meraas, etc.), you also need a No Objection Certificate from the master developer before DM will accept the application. In most cases, yes. We carry out a site assessment to check ground conditions, setback distances from the boundary and the building, and existing utility runs before quoting. The majority of Dubai villa plots accommodate a pool without structural complications.
